Sifiso Maposa

Analyst | Dispute Resolution

Prior to joining CAO, Sifiso worked at the Obama Foundation and at the United Nations Secretariat. She has experience in research, community mediation, communication, program management, civic engagement and community building from past roles at various organizations in Southern Africa, Asia and North America. Her areas of interest include violence prevention, conflict response and transformation with a focus on dialogue, conflict resolution strategies and multilateral efforts. Sifiso is a 2013 Hesselbein Fellow in Leadership and Civic Engagement. Originally from Zimbabwe, she received her B.A in International Relations and Diplomacy from the University of South Africa, and a Masters in Conflict Resolution from Columbia University.
