Emily Horgan manages communications and outreach for CAO, and is responsible for external affairs, reporting activities, and CAO’s civil society outreach program.  Before CAO, Emily worked for IFC's environment and social development department and the World Bank Group Extractive Industries Review, and in press and public relations in London.  A British national, Emily has an M.A. in International Relations and Economics from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) and a B.A. Joint Honours in Politics and History from the University of Durham.
