Patrick has worked at the CAO since 2011. His work has includes reviews of IFC’s financial intermediary portfolio, agribusiness and renewable energy projects. Prior to CAO, Patrick worked for a large international consultancy firm, focusing on the financial and technology sectors. An Irish national, Patrick holds degrees in commerce, international economics and development.
