
Nadia Asgaraly

Nadia, a French national born and raised in Madagascar, has over a decade of experience in research, evaluation, and quantitative analysis within international organizations. She has worked with the Finance, Competitiveness, and Innovation Global Practice at the World Bank, as well as the Independent Evaluation Group’s Financial & Private Sector Team, where she contributed to project evaluations, sector analyses, and portfolio review methodologies. Additionally, she served as a Quantitative Expert with the World Food Programme in Madagascar, collaborating with stakeholders to design and conduct an impact evaluation of WFP’s school feeding program. She also brings prior experience with CAO, further strengthening her expertise in monitoring and evaluation.
Nadia holds a Master of Public Administration in International Finance and Advanced Economic and Policy Analysis from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from American University.
