Fafa has over 15 years of experience facilitating policy-based investment interventions in developing countries. She has gained substantial experience through fieldwork, operational management, and engagement coordination at various levels, including with prominent global development organizations, International Financial Institutions (IFIs), diplomatic missions, private sector corporations, and public administration offices. Before joining CAO, Fafa worked for the World Bank’s Global Partnership for Education at World Bank for five years. As a results-oriented passionate development practitioner, she is committed to designing and implementing strategic paradigm changes at the organizational level to improve business delivery models and increase quality and impact. Before her time with the World Bank, Fafa worked with the African Development Bank’s Sanctions Office, and the Corporate Services and Procurement Division. She holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree in International Development, a post-graduate diploma in International Management, and a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management Sciences and International Management and Business Studies. Fafa is a Togolese national and is fluent in English and French.
