Andrés Pulgar-Perich, a Venezuelan national, has extensive experience in communications across international organizations, nonprofits, and the corporate responsibility sector. He joined CAO as a communications consultant in 2022, following roles in the Environmental and Social Safeguards Unit and the Office of Ethics at the Inter-American Development Bank, as well as leadership in communications at the Ronald McDonald Foundation in Argentina. Additionally, he has contributed his expertise to the Office of the Assistant Secretary-General of the Organization of American States. Andrés holds a degree in Communications and Journalism from Rafael Belloso University, along with a Law Degree from the University of Zulia. He studied audiovisual media for his master’s degree at the Catholic University of Argentina in Buenos Aires and is a certified radio announcer from the University of Zulia in Maracaibo, Venezuela.
