David Crosbie, a British national, holds two Master’s degrees from University College London (UCL), specializing in social policy, sociology, law, and urban planning.
With over 23 years of experience, David brings a diverse range of expertise in Social Safeguards, Environmental and Social Development, Urban Development, and ESG. He has worked with prominent organizations including the IFC, World Bank, ADB, EBRD, EIB, United Nations, private equity firms, governments, and bilateral agencies, in over 40 countries. His work spans various sectors such as climate change, coastal resilience, transportation, energy, natural resources, and housing.
David has also been a guest lecturer at UCL, University of East Anglia (UEA), and AIT (Thailand). He has authored publications for the UN and international peer-reviewed journals, and represented the UN and countries at the World Urban Forum.
